By downloading, installing, or using the dartova mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

dartova is a darts scoring and training application that allows users to:

• Play and score darts games (501, 301, Trainings, etc.)
• Track game statistics and personal records
• Practice with training modes
• Play against AI opponents
• Access premium features with a PRO subscription

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use the App in one of the following ways:

• Guest Mode: Limited features, no data sync
• Registered Account: Full features with data synchronization via Google, Apple, or email authentication

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. PRO Subscription

4.2 PRO Benefits

PRO subscription includes:

• No interstitial advertisements
• Statistics for all game modes
• Advanced analytics and insights

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.6 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may request a refund through:

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by dartova and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and database services
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing
• Google Play / App Store: Payment processing and subscription management

These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dartova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
